DESCRIPTION:

Human immunoglobulin IgE is a class of mammal antibodies that may be elevated in different clinical situations, including allergy and helminthic diseases, also plays an essential role in type I hypersensitivity. Human IgE consists of a monomer of two heavy  chain and two light chains and it is the least abundant isotype of immunoglobulins in human serum.

1- Concentration: lot specific
2- Total quantity per aliquot: 0.1-10 mg
3- Total volume for aliquot: 0,5-2 ml
4- Storage: store at 4 ºC for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20ºC for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
5- Applications: IHC, ELISA,WB, colloidal micro or nanoparticles (gold, latex, …) coating.
6- Observations:
1- this product contains sodium azide as preservative.
2- the optimal concentration must be established by the end user
